Bio

I am one of the ST6 registrars in the East Midlands South Rotation. I grew up in Leicester before completing medical school from Kings College London. I pursued my foundation years in the Thames Valley deanery which included rotations at the John Radcliffe Hospital. I subsequently completed CST in the North Central and East London rotation which included working at GOSH, RNOH and the Royal London. I was keen to purse registrar training back in my hometown so I could be closer to my friends and family. I have immensely enjoyed orthopaedic training on the EM South Rotation and have not only learnt important orthopaedic skills but have made friends for life, a notable mention to ‘Matron’ and Mr Srinivasan. Furthermore, I have had the joy of marrying my wife who is a Paediatrics trainee in the region, and we have recently bought a house together which we are currently transforming into our future home. When not operating in theatres at the LRI, I can be found planning a holiday, in the gym, catching up with friends over a coffee or looking for the next restaurant recommendation!
